For Women Only
Does this happen to you? Either right before or the day of your period do you get klutzy? Drop things, trip over your own feet, spill drinks? I’ve noticed a pattern through all my years and it’s getting worse now that I’m in perimenopause. Just yesterday I spilled a full glass of water, dropped the top of the margarine (with flaxseed) cover on the floor then the tub of margarine in the sink under the faucet and to top it all off almost fell by getting tangled up in my own feet.
Is this common? I always feel extra tired and get that pre-period headache, but this is the most annoying of symptoms. I can laugh about it all now. Yesterday these things caused me to cry and feel downright silly.

I know exactly what you’re talking about. I get super clumsy before it’s “that time”, but sometimes it’ll start happening to me as early as a week before. I’ve got Endo, so on top of all the pain I get really weak. The clumsiness, dropping stuff, tripping over everything normally starts a day or two before I get so tired all I want to do is sleep. I take it as a sign that I’ll be spending the new few days in bed with painful cramps and no energy.
