		<description>I know exactly what you're talking about.  I get super clumsy before it's "that time", but sometimes it'll start happening to me as early as a week before.  I've got Endo, so on top of all the pain I get really weak.  The clumsiness, dropping stuff, tripping over everything normally starts a day or two before I get so tired all I want to do is sleep.  I take it as a sign that I'll be spending the new few days in bed with painful cramps and no energy.</description>
