Although it was hard to go to my Uncle’s funeral it was all worth it. Showing respect for family and loved ones is an important part of life. Being there when things are difficult shows your maturity and your love for your family.

Please be kind to those you love. You never know when it will be the last time you see them. Make amends to thoseĀ  you’ve hurt or been apart from for whatever reason. It all doesn’t matter in the end. Treat every day like it’s your last. Live your life to the fullest and have a great time! Take care of your health so that you can be with your loved ones for a long time. Show your family and friends that you care in little ways. They mean more than presents or money.

  1. Welcome back Connie! I agree to not take life for granted and holding
grudges does no good. Life is unpredictable and there should be no
    regrets.

On another note, you have been tagged. I hope you will join in the
challenge. You can find the instructions here,

  2. I know it’s so hard to go to these things, but as you said it’s also good to be with family at this time.

If you have never lost someone close to you, you don’t know what it’s like, it’s hard and you feel regret because you didn’t do things with them or maybe it seemed like you didn’t care enough. I wish I spent more time with my dad before he passed, but unfortunately I didn’t and there is nothing I can do but forgive myself.
