Some Fall Weather

The weather here in Florida has been a bit on the chilly side. We’ve hit the 40′s at night. The mornings have been around the 60′s which to us is cold!  When you’re used to 80 – 90 degree weather this is a big difference.

Any time we start to have some cold weather hitting us I start to feel it everywhere. I get to hurting in my bones, muscles and even my throat gets a little sore. The Sjogren’s acts up making my voice sound awful. I kinda sound like a cross between a frog and a manly man.

My voice is usually very high pitched and squeaky so I have to hear people asking all the time if I’m sick. This happens quite often with my Sjogren’s voice. I know people care so I shouldn’t complain. I just wish I could wear a sign or maybe have a recording on my phone explaining what’s up with my voice.

Any inventors out there?

In Need of A Loan

We bloggers have been hit pretty hard financially since the Groogle Slap. Some of us who’ve been used to making money to cover expenses aren’t any more. Some of us who blog as their only source of income have been hit really hard.

But no fear! Payday Loans offers a way to submit online for an emergency or when you just need to stretch your budget a bit. The great thing about this site is that there’s a calculator where you can see what your actual repayment will be, along with different rate quotes. They also allow loans from small amount starting at $100 which may be just what you need to get you by. And it can be automatically deposited into checking account. Plus you can set up repayments from that account too.

This is something we all may need. Use it responsibly just like any type of credit though.

Gearing Up – December

Is it December already? It can’t be. Please someone turn back the clock, the calendar, the earth. I’m not ready, not even close to being ready. I’m starting to feel that anxiety when there’s too much to do and you can’t even figure out where to begin.

I’ve tried “to do lists” but they kept getting too long. Writing everything out on a calendar gave me panic attacks. And talking to Hubby about it does nothing. He’s so calm. He just says that it will all work out. Of course it will. The days will keep on coming and events will keep on happening but does that mean I’ll have anything ready?

Breathe in slowly…oh no where’s the new Christmas ornament I put in that place I said I’d remember?…think of a warm beach with the ocean waves flowing…how can we decorate when the house isn’t even finished being painted?…take a Klonopin…we’re losing a precious weekend due to Lady Ali’s graduation, not that I don’t want to be there and that I’m not proud, but a whole weekend!….remember the Real Reason for the Season….my first outdoor manger is set up. We have our plans for church. Peanut is really “getting’ it this year.

Jesus is the Reason for Christmas

Checking It Twice

Christmas is almost here. In fact there’s only 22 days left! Hubby and I are getting our last minute gifts and we want to get them quickly and easily.

We still need to buy for our fur baby Little Bit. We’d love to shop at the Holiday Store at PETCO and save some money too. For my Mom and Aunt we’ve been thinking of getting them a year subscriptions to Blockbuster Online.

At CouponCheif.com finding promo codes all in one place make shopping for Christmas easy especially for someone like me who really doesn’t like to be in stores with large crowds. This time of year it’s highly likely for me to get sick.

Although it was hard to go to my Uncle’s funeral it was all worth it. Showing respect for family and loved ones is an important part of life. Being there when things are difficult shows your maturity and your love for your family.

Please be kind to those you love. You never know when it will be the last time you see them. Make amends to those  you’ve hurt or been apart from for whatever reason. It all doesn’t matter in the end. Treat every day like it’s your last. Live your life to the fullest and have a great time! Take care of your health so that you can be with your loved ones for a long time. Show your family and friends that you care in little ways. They mean more than presents or money.
