I have sleeping problems but they are not health related. I have a snoring husband but a good kick is usually effective. I usually sleep through until about 6am (which is fine) and then suddenly I'll wake at 4am for weeks on end and really struggle to get back into a routine. Reading is good though and I always have a pile of books by my bed - the best are the easy reads that I have probably read a thousand times; they don't require any concentration and they produce no surprises or suspense.

Jean's last blog post..Varroa
