		<description>I can empathize with your condition. I&#039;ve got a similar, although opposite condition (Chronic Idiopathic Cold Urticaria). I can&#039;t be exposed to any cold air or wind, otherwise I have a severe inflammatory reaction, which in the worst case can cut off my lungs and squash my heart! Anaphylactic shock I think they call it.

So yes, I too focus on what I can do. Don&#039;t forget, you&#039;re not alone!</description>
