Caffeinated Energy
I’m pretty desperate at this point. I’m trying to get energy to be somewhat capable of doing things like stay awake for more than three hours at a time, fold laundry, cook dinner or even carry on a normal conversation without yawning.
I don’t drink coffee. I use decaf tea. I don’t even drink soda. But like I said I’m desperate here. Maybe I should try one of those espresso machines so I can just add the coffee and let it do it’s stuff. I’ll drink a small cup and see what happens.
My luck, I’ll end up with worse heart palpations than I already have and still feel exhausted. A girl’s gotta try.

Hey Connie…
A hug to you! Letting you know I’m thinking of you and asking the Lord to lift up your spirits as well as your energy level. May He also bless your financial needs so you can take care of your medical expenses without stress. Lean on the everlasting arms and depend not on your own strength.
You have a great day! Brenda

I love my espresso machine. Yes, you definitely will get a caffeine jolt if you drink espresso coffee…lol.
Have you had your doctor check your iron count?
Hi Connie,
Here’s a wish for more energy for you! I do know what it feels like to be draggin’….
In desperate times, I pop a no-doze pill or two, which is caffeine in pill form, and it helps for a an hour or two.
If you find the magic bullet, shoot one my way!

Hi! May I suggest Vitamin B Complex? Also drinking enough water so that your body can function at its best can also help with energy levels. I hope you find what works best for you.

Sounds to me like you suffer from CFS – Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I agree about the Vitamin B complex. Ask the doctor to check your B12 levels in particular as a shot of B12 can do wonders. Much as I love a good strong cup of coffee, I now avoid it and feel much better for it. I have Fibromyalgia with the brain fog and pain and often get sick and tired of being sick. Take good care of yourself and let your body heal itself. Good luck.
