Hi Connie,

It is late in the "Blogging for Blood Cancer" week. I have finally posted about this important cause on my blog.

Thank you for sharing Friends of Heroes with us and for giving us "bloggers" an opportunity to do a very little something for such an important reason--finding cures for devastating blood cancers!

Kerry's last blog post..Blogging for Blood Cancer-Friends of Heroes

Writing about your sister is such an awesome way to remember her. I, too, have had lots of experience with blood cancers. My little girl was diagnosed with Leukemia when she was only 3 1/2. Thank you for this post. I'm definitely going to check out that link you gave.

Connie, Oh, I'm so sorry for your sister, for you, her family and all who loved her.

Can't imagine what it was like for you to be ready to donate the stem cells and have insur. deny it--horrendous!

It sounds like your sister was so brave..and it is an inspiration that you work for her cause. Your love for her eminates through your words...as does a picture of the "full of life" person that she was.

Kerry's last blog post..?Fluff Between the Ears?
