		<description>My mom had been suffering from RA from the time she was 16.  Since the 80 she had been on methotrexate.  That stuff was harsh on her, but she was able to move around.  When she was going to have her knee surgery, they took her off of it for 2 months.  She got to the point, she couldn&#039;t move around.

RA is definitely debilitating.  I know alot of people think people with RA &quot;only have arthritis&quot;, but its alot worse then that.

The doctors keep testing me for it since I already have one autoimmune disease.  Apparently it can be genetic to get autoimmune diseases.  The kids who end up with them, don&#039;t always get the same ones though.  So you might want to keep an eye out on them.  Plus let the kids physicians know that you have an autoimmune disease.

		<description>i didn&#039;t know you have ra! i have it and am taking enbrel, but i&#039;m just getting over a kidney infection so i haven&#039;t been able to take my shot for 2 weeks. my knees are really going to love me when i finally inject myself today!
