Kerry, it is difficult but worthwhile to be on a much more healthy track. I'm working at it.

Hi Connie, We've been talking about the subject of vacation and the difficulty of keeping up our usual (and healthier) habits while we are on vacation (whether home or not), in our family.

Seems anytime our routines go off route, it takes time to get them back on track.

Good for you in all your healthy restaurant hunting and good food making at home. Hope we can all have compassion for ourselves, give ourselves time and know we are not alone in coming out of the holidays trying to find our way back to our healthier ways. It is so easy to be hard on ourselves.

You are not alone Connie, Love Kerry-whose also working to get back on a healthier track.

PS I'm with you on the little treat (or two) each day. Here's to Connie's chocolate and in my case, mints!

Kerry’s last blog post..Barometric Pressure’s Effect on our Physiology
