My windows were terrible! I hadn't cleaned the outside in over 4 years and the insides, especially up high, hadn't had really good cleanings in a couple of years. I decided it was a worthwhile investment to give myself clean windows for my birthday and hired someone to come in and do them professionally, inside and out.
