		<description>Hi Connie,  Glad you wrote about the small amount we who are chronically ill can walk COUNTS.  I too consider walking around a store quite a work out.  Also, I've been getting on treadmill a couple times a day.  I set it real low and walk just two to four minutes.  Every bit helps us be as healthy as we can be.
